Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver service and support to customers;
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Determine customer issue by evaluating and analyzing customer requests;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
  • Research required information using available resources;
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify, prioritize and escalate(as needed) Customer issues;
  • Redirect problems to appropriate department;
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of solving customers’ issues;
  • Follow up with customers where necessary;
  • Stay current with company products, services, changes and updates;

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields;
  • At least one year of experience in a technical support role;
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS;
  • Strong customer service and communication skills;
  • An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively and be a quick learner;
  • Excellent English writing skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work for the greater good.

10WEB is looking for a Scrum Master to coach the team, manage and drive the agile process. The incumbent is responsible for guiding the team based on Agile/Scrum practices and values.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the scrum process and mentoring the scrum teams in accordance with the Scrum methodology;
