No fee is displayed. The plugin is without any function. Maybe it is because you have to buy the Pro version first to specify countries where it should be activated. Plugin is not usable!

It is a great plugin, great help even in its free version, but if you assign -5% discount for example out of 100 it should be 5 and the plugin assigns a different higher value, I would like to be able to give 5 stars again because I really like the plugin
