the login form disappears on the iPhone, on the PC and android everything is ok.

So far I have tried 3 plugins of GS and all 3 were faulty

This is my favorite plug for Custom Login. Lots of Options for design. Background image of your choice along with a nice selection of color options.
Great support too. A recent minor update caused an issue that was resolved quickly.
Recommend this product to all.
