The Smart JavaScript Auto Loader Plugin is designed to streamline the process of loading additional JavaScript files in WordPress without modifying theme directory files. Users can easily place JavaScript files in designated directories (either in the Child Theme's directory, the Theme's directory, or the wp-content directory) and the plugin will automatically detect and load these files. Despite its effective functionality, the plugin was retired in October 2023, meaning it will no longer receive updates or support. Nevertheless, it remains usable as long as it functions correctly for your WordPress setup. The plugin respects user privacy by not setting cookies, collecting, or transmitting any data.

I needed to inject some js into each page on the website. This plugin works perfectly. You just create a folder, ftp the javascript into the folder and that’s all.
Works 100% with no fuss or bother.
