Overview
This WordPress plugin allows users to generate a shareable link for anonymous users to preview a draft post or any other public post type before it is published. It is particularly useful for collaborating with individuals who do not have direct access to your site but need to review content. The plugin achieves this by creating a URL with an expiring nonce, ensuring temporary access for the preview. To use it, simply check a box below the edit post area, and a link will be generated for sharing. You can disable the preview at any time by unchecking the box. Initially maintained by Matt Martz, based on an idea by Jonathan Dingman, the plugin offers a straightforward solution for public post previews.

I have been using this plugin for a very long time and like it. but I just don’t understand why there is no setting where I can specify the validity period of the link. That would be so easy. Instead, I have to either manually mess around in the code or install a SEPARATE PLUGIN that does this really very simple job.
The plugin is really great, but apparently they just stopped at the crucial point. Really a great pity.
