Up to now, I can only say that as far as email marketing goes, Sender has been amazing. Smooth send outs and very easy email templates build up. No real integrations unfortunately, relying on Zapier Would have loved a Salesforce integration and hope it’s coming soon. I have seen issues with the SMS marketing, primarily because I had to set up some best practices, their customer support was really great. Still having them walk me through with that and hope it works perfect. Worked with Sender for 3 months. Definitely legit with a loving support and can’t complain for it’s price.

They have you go through a whole gauntlet of requests only to suspend you before sending out your first email. What is wrong with you. Please don’t waste my time. This topic was modified 2 months, 3 weeks ago by Andy Nathan.

Customer service was great – Skylar answered all my questions and it didn’t take long to resolve all minor issues I’ve had. The setup was quick and easy, I had no problem with DNS instructions. I switched from MailPoet and so far I find Sender a lot easier to navigate and a better value for the price you pay. A few minor things need improvement (e.g. workflow test doesn’t work properly and the delay in sending automation is set to 1 minute but it take good 20-30 minutes to receive it). But given the price and the functionality of this plugin I think these are minor issues that I can put up with.

We have a great experience with Sender.net. We easily configured the software, and started using it for mass email marketing the same day. The interface is intuitive, and the product itself is very easy to use. There are an adequate number of features to meet our bulk emailing needs. We easily fit in the price according to the proposed models. Sender.net is a far better value than other similar products that are more expensive. I highly recommend this solution.
