This WordPress plugin is designed to enhance the organization and accessibility of your website's pages by introducing two custom taxonomies: "Custom Categories" and "Areas Served." Upon activation, it creates two top-level archive pages named ‘Categories’ and ‘Areas Served,’ which can be renamed as needed. These archive pages feature a visual category selector linking to paginated listings of all content pages associated with each taxonomy. The plugin simplifies the process of categorization by adding checkbox options to the Edit Page admin area. The "Custom Categories" taxonomy is perfect for grouping products or services (like "Bathrooms," "Kitchens," or "Outdoor"), while the "Areas Served" taxonomy allows for US cities and states to be arranged in hierarchical parent/child relationships (e.g., Texas > Dallas). This effective categorization ensures that users can easily browse content based on their specific needs, whether they're looking for particular services or areas served.
