User sentiment analysis

Users appreciated the plugin for its capabilities to request quotes, customize forms, and integrate seamlessly with WooCommerce. The premium version was praised for extensive features and reliable customer support. However, many found the free version too limited, requiring a paid subscription for essential features. Common issues included compatibility problems with themes, malfunctioning mandatory fields, email generation errors, and high costs due to licensing requirements for multiple sub-sites. Users also underscored poor customer support and unresolved bugs. Despite these, some users were satisfied with the plugin’s basic functionality and found it fulfilled their needs.

the plugin with the “any” variables generates “mandatory fields error” when you click on the payment procedure.

We have been using Yith RFQ Pro for the last 8 years, but sadly we are forced to uninstall and use a competitor product. While the original RFQ concept was great, the product has too many flaws 1) Yith only uses WordPress .pdf templates – instead of our alternative .pdf plugin. 2) Any additional text added before, after or to the customer notes doesn’t stay in the quote form. 3) Most of the time we submit a quote to a customer, but the developer of this plugin doesn’t test this use case, so it doesn’t work for our needs. The worst is that the Pro version doesn’t continue working unless you pay the yearly subscription fee.
