User sentiment analysis

The users express frustration over the plugin's functionality, reporting that it fails to display content as intended and lacks an option to add videos from downloaded files rather than YouTube. The plugin appears to be incompatible with certain WordPress (4.5.3) and VC (4.11) versions, rendering it non-functional. Users are disappointed by the absence of promised features and the unresponsive support forum. Instead of adequate support, inquiries remain unanswered, contributing to users' dissatisfaction. Despite these issues, a positive note reveals that one user appreciates the plugin for its potential to enhance an existing decent plugin.

They sell a good idea but it does not work. After installing it does nothing, there is no add video option as stated! Someone else in the support forum already asked about the same problem 2 weeks ago and did not get a reply. From the looks of the support there is nobody home!
