Then add seats or tables (with seats displayed) matching your venue. Then deploy the seating chart on a page with the short-code matching your seating-chart. As a user anybody with a browser can now see the venue and reserve seats or tables by simply clicking on it, and the seat or table gets added to the cart below the chart. As a user you see in realtime when someone else puts a seat in their cart, or even when seats or tables are added in the plan!!! By pressing the ordering button, the user gets send a freely configurable e-mail with database-tags as well as you as the event host (administrator) a different but also freely configurable. Impressed with its simplicity and robustness! Thank you!

The cart timeout feature is unusable in its current state, see my support ticket here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/can-complete-checkout-with-expired-item/ I was hoping to use this plugin to go live with a client but am unable to because I require this feature. Support team responded after 2+ weeks saying they’ll fix it in the “next version” with no indication of when that will be… Once fixed, I’d be more than glad to update my review, but until then, this plugin has bugs that make it unfit for my client’s needs.

We’re a small non-profit, and we needed a clickable seat map with assigned seating for two children’s holiday concerts (only 60 seats per concert). All of the other ticket sales plugins cost $100 or more, and didn’t even have a seat map. THIS IS THE PERFECT PLUGIN!! And yes, you have to assign each seat individually, so it’s definitely not for larger venues, but for our purposes, it was spot on. Thank you so much, ArtkanMedia!!
