Used this plugin for years on several sites. Lately buggy and slowing down admin. We have pro version so I wrote to their support almost 2 weeks ago, got an auto response, then nothing since despite several reminders. I am afraid this has been abandoned. Quite frustrated as we are paying for the pro version. Since they have our money, would be good to at least respond with a “we’re working on it.” Time to cancel and convert all my recipes over to ACF.

As others have said. Buggy and support does not get back to you. Move one. Shame, it used to be good and well supported.

`I use the plugin (Pro version) on the website of a client who is, among other things, a nutritionist and writes recipes.
He also calculates the nutritional values for each recipe exactly. However, when he enters his recipe and all ingredients incl. quantity into the plugin, the nutritional values are unfortunately not correct at all and are calculated incorrectly because American values are stored here.
Is it possible to adjust the nutrition table to German values so that the values are really reliable?

I asked them for a refund less than 24 hours after I purchased it, and they’re playing games and not refunding the purchase. I sent them proof of purchase and other screenshots, and they aren’t’ responding.
As for why I won’t be able to use it: it says if you pay for premium it’ll calculate nutrition. It doesn’t. It then proceeded to not play nice with already established, necessary plugins.
I’m hoping they’ll honor their policy and eventually refund my money, but I’m not holding my breath.
