I inherited a website that uses GiveWP however had no account information. When I requested help the support team responded straight away with options to try – they continued to check in and help and we got the issue resolved. Great support – and I would recommend this plugin, it does what it says it does 🙂

Paying for priority support is useless. The plugin with many donations is causing the site to slow down. I have emailed regarding the main plugin causing sites with a large number of forms not to load on the frontend and in the admin panel. It has been 7 days with no fix. The issue with support is that they test on a demo empty site without considering a website with many donations. A tip for the support team: a demo site with empty records will work even if there is a bug.

This review could have easily been a 5-star if the instructions had been created to address two separate issues—and step by step—some steps are missing. #### Review modified because the issue has been fixed ####It is now too late for me to go back and ask for a refund (my project is in an advanced state), but I am very disappointed that some features (in particular that of being able to freely order the forms), indicated explicitly and clearly on the website of the plugin (“I Want to Change the Order the Forms Appear in the Grid” paragraph into “How to Use the New Give Donation Form Grid” page), in reality they are absolutely not functional. Contacting support, with rather slow responses (waiting up to 7 days for a response devoid of useful content), felt like I was talking to someone who had no idea about the topic and features of the plugin. Vague answers and no technical expertise on the plugin: someone very far from the developer team appears to be answering, which is very frustrating.

Plugins can be great, but lacking when it comes to support. GiveWP’s plugin is not only great in its features and growing ability, but their support and responsiveness is next to none! They have helped troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions & custom fixes through clear communication and collaboration.
