Overview

This WordPress plugin enables seamless integration of your existing Matomo On-Premise analytics into your WordPress site, allowing you to monitor and analyze your web pages effectively. Matomo, previously known as Piwik, is an open-source, self-hosted analytics tool that requires a tracking code for page monitoring. With this plugin, users simply need to configure the URL where Matomo is hosted and provide the site ID to activate tracking on their WordPress site. The plugin automatically inserts the standardized tracking code into the pages. Additionally, users can set a campaign name (pk_campaign) and source (pk_source) to track the performance of links in their RSS feeds, providing insights into traffic from these sources.
