User sentiment analysis

Users highly appreciate the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin for its ease of installation and use, even for beginners. It offers seamless integration with Mailchimp, allowing the creation of custom forms and efficient management of newsletters. The plugin is praised for its professional appearance, responsiveness, and helpful free plans. However, there are criticisms regarding unreliable API connections, insufficient tutorials, poor customer support, and complex form editing. Some users experienced issues with specific features, like email notifications and accessibility compliance. The plugin's recent reduction in free user limits was also cited as a drawback, potentially pressuring users to upgrade to paid plans. Overall, it aids in streamlined email marketing but could improve user guidance and support.

Hi Team, I have “roles” on my website’s registration page such as role A, B, C. How can I add tags so that I can segregate the roles at my mailchimp audience list? Currently, they’re all sync to my mailchimp list without any other information that I can segregate them.

Excellent plugin and does exactly what it says. Super simple to setup. We’ve used both versions (premium and free) for years with Woocommerce and CF7. Regular updates kept it working flawlessly, enough to where it was just in background and we rarely had to modify or update any settings. Highly recommend!

They hide the fact you have to pay for woocommerce integration. Useless without for my needs. Just be upfront on this page and stop wasting my time.
