User sentiment analysis

Users generally appreciate the concept and design of the WordPress emoji plugin, highlighting its simplicity and the utility of adding "emotion" to posts through emojis. They enjoy the native emoji integration and its potential functionality, including features like a favorites tab, tooltips, and search boxes. However, significant drawbacks exist, such as the lack of recent updates, resulting in broken features like the emoji picker not loading, continual loading issues, and incompatibility with bbPress forms. Additionally, server-side graphic references often break, causing display errors, which leads to frustration and time-consuming fixes. Users also report it has been abandoned by its developer.

I really love it, great emoji picker loads on the back end, but doesn’t allow me to pick anything, and messes up the TinyMCE editor display. On the front end bbpress forms it gives ‘failed to initialise error. But I can see what it used to do and how cool it would have been, I wish someone can bring it back 🧞‍♀️

Clicking on the emoji icon opens the window, but emojis never load. Hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Author most likely abandoned this plugin. Deserves 0 stars.

Эй, ребят. Посоветуйте мне такой же плагин, но с SVG. Он очень хороший, но есть подводные камни.

Wanted use this as it looked better than other Emoji plugins, but once you try to load inside the editor, it just keeps on loading and never stops = can’t even use the Emoji plugin. Had to uninstall.
