I really do love this plugin and based on the functionality of the plugin (and add-ons) alone, I would give them 5 stars. But, the documentation is really inadequate. It’s great for marketing purposes (shows the power of the plugin), but if you are actually trying to use their plugin/add-ons, it does not provide enough detail on how the various features work. This has led me to create multiple support tickets where I’m treated as if I should have known better, but when I ask where in the documentation I can find the answer, they don’t provide a link and admit that they need to improve it. NinjaForms – Invest some time in your documentation. It will make your customers more successful & likely also likely reduce your support queues, thus reducing your costs.

I have 24 Ninja forms, operating over 3 websites currently and every single one is throwing errors. I pay for the service but my problems are never resolved. I’m a reasonably capable developer, maintaining all my own (7) websites and so am able to work through suggested fixes, but they simply pass the buck on to ‘third party plugins’! Latest bug is with Recaptcha, V2 which is throwing errors (despite correct integration) and so I try to switch to V3, using their HELP section, which suggests adding ‘Recaptcha V3’ to the email actions on all 24 forms- there is no V3 option add-on installed or available anywhere I can see on Ninja! I’m emailing in circles and its killing my business!!!!
