I ran into a small issue during setup (I missed a step in the installation) and the support team was kind enough to jump on a video call to help walk me through the entire process. Once we had it setup it worked immediately and now I can get back to business!

Setting the wizard and logging is quite useful. If there is a mistake with a port or security, analyzing the open ports against the hostname is superb. I was working in a local environment, and that feature helped me debug the ports and firewall.
