Im giving this a go as we are having continuous issues with the existing plugin we use for import/exports in a multisite env. So far it is looking promising. I like the ability to set the target ID of the subsite if the source ID is different.

I use this plugin on my WordPress multisite, and migrate few standalone WordPress site into one multisite…the plugin functioning beautifully. I try many ways, but none of them working. It is easy to use.
