Great plugin. One of my clients needed to take bookings for his restaurant and this plugin is superb. The free version has more than enough features and the support has been awesome. I will be getting the premium version soon as it has some other great bells and whistles too.
I have been using successfully for a little while now. There was a small issue yesterday morning, I reported at 10:00am and they had released a fix by 2pm!
Jack is superb, highly recommend.
