User sentiment analysis

Users find the plugin beneficial for creating text-only carousels or sliders and appreciate that it allows HTML to be added. However, the plugin lacks critical customization options, such as adjusting or removing the auto-rotate speed and removing unwanted elements like small slide titles and corner arrows. The placement and presence of these elements confuse users, and the documentation is insufficient, specifically on using shortcodes with categories. Additionally, the support seems unhelpful, possibly due to language barriers. These drawbacks limit the plugin's practicality, leading to user dissatisfaction.

I needed a text-only carousel / slider. This would have worked well if a few important considerations had been provided for. There is no option to adjust the auto-rotate speed or remove auto-rotation. The only speed adjustments is for the transition between the slides. The plugin adds the slide title at a very small size at the top left. While I can hide this in CSS, there is no option for removal, and it just makes no sense to position it there. There are 4 little “right” arrows added — at the four corners, for which I have no idea why they are there, and of course there is no removal option. And while there is a category assignment for the slides, the documentation doesn’t include anything about using the shortcode with a specific category. Otherwise, this is good if you just want a text slider where HTML can be added. Sadly I can’t use this going forward. And as a final thought, I did review the support page. There was nothing useful. I get the impression that the creators of this plugin have no familiarity with the English language. This topic was modified 5 days ago by webdesignerz.
