It was a gem, now it’s not working anymore. Chat widget is not sending notifications on mobile + operating hours are not active unless you are constantly logged in to the dashboard An app that needs you to babysit it 24h isn’t reliable anymore.

The “FREE CHAT PLUGIN” is a lie. After taking your data they will ask you for payment in order to enable the chat on the website. After doing all the configurations you will reach at this message: “Chat page feature is available in Starter plan and requires additional verification. Please Upgrade to Starter plan and contact support to unlock this feature.” This topic was modified 2 weeks, 3 days ago by thebestb.

Everything was going ok until we needed help. Previous two days we had spoken to multiple staff who were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the one today was just rude and abrupt and then refused to transfer the chat to another agent. Now uninstalled and won’t touch again!
