This plugin is a joke. None of the widgets are free – to simply display your businesses’ rating and reviews is outrageously priced, starting at €139 a month and going up to €519 a month! There’s nothing business-friendly about this. Trustpilot also stopped allowing Trustindex to use their API, which was a free solution, so they could hold small business owners hostage. If they kept this affordable they would garner so much more praise and positive reviews than through this greedy approach. Shameful. This topic was modified 2 months ago by Fatbat. Trustpilot, the worst app!! I wrote about the negative and fraudulent actions of the Russian bookmaker MEGAPARI, and they did not want and do not want to publish my review. They will publish only positive reviews of this Russian bookmaker. They are obviously paid by this Russian bookmaker!! Big scam is Trustpilot app !! I sent all the communication between me and MEGAPARI, everything they wanted to verify my game account, that the methods of this betting office are non-standard and Trunspilot didn’t publish my reviews anyway!!

PROS:Allows you to send automated reminders to customers to review you on Trustpilot for free. CONS:This plugin should be renamed to “Trustpilot Button” plugin, because that’s what it basically allows you to add to the layout for free. The plugin description is very misleading and lacking information. It is indeed free, but you are hiding all options behind a pay-wall. You didn’t even bother designing and branding the only free widget button option available in this plugin. It’s just a dull button without colors or stars.
