User sentiment analysis

Users often found the WordPress plugin useful for integrating Stripe with WooCommerce, citing its simplicity and effectiveness for basic stripe processing. Positive reviews highlight its ease of use, quick support response, helpful integration, and fact that it effectively increased sales for some users. However, significant drawbacks are repeatedly mentioned. These include bugs in the latest updates, issues with saving settings, multiple charges, and loading times causing site crashes. Compatibility issues with other plugins are common, as well as poor customer support, and problems with 3D secure, leading to failed or fraudulent payments which can result in substantial financial losses. Some users find it incomplete compared to other stripe plugins, suggesting it covers only a small fraction of Stripe’s capabilities.

Since the customer’s status is changed twice after ordering and payment,There was a bug where the same email was sent twice to administrators and customers. When I looked into it, it seems like it’s a bug that has been around for several years and hasn’t been fixed. Although it is a genuine WooCommerce plugin, what is it like? When I changed to this plugin, it was easy to set up, looked great, and solved the problem right away.Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce This topic was modified 4 weeks, 1 day ago by tcmorita.

We recently activated Link in the payment methods options in the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin. We had 3 customers the were charged multiple times for one subscription. The first one twice, the second one 5 times and the third one 7 times. Customers were promptly refunded by us but we are sucking up Stripe charges. We had no issues of multiple charges in two years of activity, only in the last few days when we activated Link, as all 3 customers used it. We have now de-activated Link and are waiting for a reply from WooCommerce but in the meantime I gave it a one star review…

Rather than work with a theme and do proper testing to figure out a bug caused by their new stripe checkout experience they just keep blaming the theme creator.Multiple times I pointed out I contacted the theme creator and yet they always kept sending me away. Even after the theme creator highlighted to them that their latest version is loading script that hides the coupon field unless counter acted through CSS. not ideal at all

Hi, For version 8.3.1, you claim to have a fix which – “Prevents orders purchased using a 3DS card being stuck as “pending payment” for stores with the Legacy Checkout Experience setting enabled.” No only does this fix not work, it even seems to have made things worse. Please resolve this issue asap as it’s costing me a lot of sales. This topic was modified 1 month ago by Stefankroesbergen.
