WooCommerce Multilingual has been a game-changer for managing my multilingual e-commerce site. The plugin integrates smoothly with WooCommerce, making it easy to handle translations and currencies. The standout feature, however, is the support. I had an issue with product category links, and Marsel Nikolli from the support team was incredibly helpful. He provided clear, effective guidance that quickly resolved the problem. Like many others, I decided to remove WPML because of the amount of resources this plugin consumes. WPML fulfilled 50% of the goal by sacrificing 100% of the speed. And as expected the exiting brought a lot of problems and tons of duplicated files. Support responded in 4 hours however, it just provided an article and, at the end of that day, a previous post with similar problems, which created a bigger problem and almost brought the site down. And the support has not replied back since then. We managed to recover and remove the plugin with the help of others. 2 days later the support showed up again. I do not recommend installing WPML unless you will never remove it. *Yes I know this is WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, which is developed by WPML.

I am a WPML contributor and have been using this plugin for over 14 years. I have seen it grow and develop into the flawless product it has become today. I rarely bother support but recently I had to open a ticket for a problem related to Gutenberg (which I don’t mind using but which interfered with translations as it is part of the core) and support (in the person of Mihai Apetrei) helped me he made a suggestion right away which proved to be a solution. No way… the support always proves patient but above all competent. I’m sorry but as far as I’m concerned they have no competitor. WPML for life!RegardsAle
