Can’t give 0 star so I’m obliged to put one star but that’s far too much. Sites are always disconnected. Can’t rely on it. Be carefull. You think everything is all right but in fact your sites are disconnected so not responding. Awfull !

Great tool, saves a lot of time to keep an eye on all the website on a go. Pretty neat and user friendly dashboard.

I noticed charges for “uptime monitoring” and contacted customer support. No action taken. Uptime Monitoring is included in the products I purchased. Refused refund and denied charges. Deleted support tickets, products and certain account information (where I had current ideas and potential projects saved). Now cancelled the hosting I paid for and refusing to transfer my domains out. Making process as difficult as possible. Please do yourself a favor and see if you have any irregular charges on your credit card on file for GoDaddy. Mine were all under a dollar individually, but there were multiple charges. Multiply that by 22 million customers and that’s a nice scam. If anyone finds unauthorized charges let’s connect and discuss. I know it’s not just my account. You’ll have check the card on file statement because it doesn’t show in Billing in accounts. I would love to hear from anyone who discovers the fraud I did.
