The plugin does not work as expected and the support is terrible. They don’t get anything on track. The only thing they can write: “We are working on it.” And that for around 3 weeks now.
I have rarely had such a bad experience with a paid WordPress plugin, or with the support.Plugin: WP Event Manager Zoom Addon

This plugin is a comprehensive pack of features that covered almost all my event management needs. Managing event listings and calendars, registration and ticketing everything is so easy to use and customizable.

The plugin may be okay, I don’t know. I got it for a client, but they stopped paying me for it after 1 year. I tried to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation didn’t go through and I got charged for two more years. After the second time, I reached out to support and asked for a refund, they refused to give me one, so I disputed the charge with my bank and put a block on further charges.
