User sentiment analysis

Users of the WP Go Maps plugin appreciate its versatility and ease of use, noting that it simplifies many complex tasks such as customizations, bulk uploads, and integration with Google APIs. The plugin's extensive features, such as custom markers, pop-ups, and search functionalities, stand out. The support team, particularly Matthew Lau, Dylan Auty, and Glen, consistently receive praise for their prompt, detailed, and effective assistance, often providing custom code to meet specific needs. Drawbacks include occasional technical issues like bugs, slow backend performance, and problems with new updates disabling functionalities. Some users also find the documentation inadequate and the support email faulty. Despite these drawbacks, the general consensus is positive, with many recommending the Pro version for its superior features and support.

I’ve been using this plugin for several years on many pages without any issues. In my recent project, I encountered a small problem and contacted support. I received a response just a few minutes after sending my email. The support representative, Dylan, checked my page and resolved the issue perfectly. Thank you so much!Manuel

I use this plugin on several sites and it’s been a pleasure to use across them all. After years of using this without issue I ran into a use case I couldn’t fill with the default options. I reached out to support for the first time and they were super responsive and competent and helped me out. Thanks WP Go Maps for a great plugin.

I installed it on my primary site I can see/edit a demo map. When I go to other sites, no demo map or any ability to create a map. Lots of features…wish I could test them. This topic was modified 3 weeks, 1 day ago by JSL. This topic was modified 3 weeks, 1 day ago by JSL.
