User sentiment analysis

Users are frustrated with the Wordpress plugin due to several issues. They dislike the requirement to manually enter data into heavily formatted Word tables, which does not streamline the process of importing multiple questions. Additionally, the presence of macros in the included Microsoft Word template raises security concerns, as macros are known to be a common method for spreading malware. The documentation misleads users by mentioning a "free" version with limited functionality, without providing a way to upgrade to a "premium" version. Overall, users find the plugin difficult to use, lacking instructions, and ultimately unhelpful, leading some to delete it altogether.

The Microsoft Word template is included in the zip file, but it contains macros which is a primary way hackers spread malware. Data must be manually entered into heavily formatted Word tables, making the import of multiple questions no faster than just typing them into your quiz program. In the documentation, it states that the “free” version only works with one or two answer types, but no “premium” version is offered for sale to unlock the rest of the functionality. Do not waste your time with this useless plugin.
