Zoho Integration for WordPress

Using the forms as provided by Zoho. Not CF7. Anytime I attempt to submit Zoho forms, I get the following message: “Sorry, there were some issues in submitting your data. Please try again later”

Zoho does not support reply-to in your emails. This is such a common and basic feature of email, it’s ridiculous that they don’t support it!! They have plans to add that exotic feature in the future, but no date given. THIS MEANS THAT ALL OF YOUR EMAILS FROM YOUR WORDPRESS SITE WILL HAVE YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS AS THE REPLY-TO ADDRESS, REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU SET IN YOUR CONTACT FORM PLUGIN. I am extremely disappointed in this and now I have to migrate several clients to another mail provider. First Zoho reneged on their free IMAP access, now this. Thanks Zoho.

I initially thought my problems were all over when I found this plugin. I desperately needed something that would help me populate my Zoho CRM data from WordPress which was taking up far too much of my time. However, things didn’t go right straight away with the paid version of this plugin. I’ve emailed the developer with the list below which has been ignored completely by them. The Account name in Zoho is simply the first name of the user in WordPress duplicated. So one account name in my listings is Nicki NIcki. Where a billing and shipping address is entered into WordPress only the billing address details are taken to Zoho. Perhaps the amateur nature of this software is best demonstrated in the next bug. In the fields mapping section for the Country field the only choices to map to are Shipping Company or Billing Company. What?? The extensive mapping feature of this plugin extend to giving you two choices for most fields, either Shipping Detail or Billing detail. For example for the Street field, you may map to either Shipping Street or Billing Street. If you have both then tough, you’re going to lose one. There are no custom fields available. Overall this product is worse then useless as you end up with incorrect information in Zoho which I suggest is much worse than having no information at all. A disappointed user when this product could have been so good.

I have a site I’m developing for a business and I need to get it done somewhat quickly. I installed this plugin because so many others had and though it looked good. It was glitchy from the beginning and would screw up REPEATEDLY. At that point I needed it to work so I went to their site and ordered it online and paid for it. The site said I would get an email with all the info I needed. I never received the email, the pro plugin or anything. I was in a bind and got no responses from anyone. I bought and loaded A DIFFERENT PLUGIN which worked wonderfully and I highly recommend. Not glitchy, no missing data. just an all around better product. At that point I was hoping to get my money back. I emailed the developer and he basically said it was a digital product and I should “buzz off”. I wasn’t getting anything back. I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT’S A RIP OFF. AVOID THEM!

Immediately after I provided my Zoho credentials to this plugin, someone changed the password on my google gmail. My Zoho credentials are unique from my google credentials. However, Zoho ties into google. I don’t know how this happened, but be very aware when using this plugin.
