I was having issues with mass attacks targeting the default admin login url string. I installed the WPS Hide Login and it drastically reduced the number of attacks. It’s super simple to use and a very effective plugin that I now have installed on all of my websites and will install on all sites going forward. It’s a must have for keeping a step ahead on your site security.

Hello to the creator of the plugin, thank you, this plugin together with another plugin for blocking by IP just does a great job, I won’t say that it can save you from serious professionals in hacking systems – but from lovers of spam and unauthorized access, it will definitely save you

The password recovery email exposes the backend URL of the WPS Hide Login settings.
The WP theme I’m using is front-end and back-end separated

Brilliant plugin.
Dead easy to install and works right out of the box. Now have it installed on all 9 sites we own. Zero problems with installation, and login attempts, which were thousands a day across all sites, have been reduced to zero.

Hello, looks ok as hides the default login page URL … but the link to recover password when lost on the homepage shows the new login page URL !! Submitted to support.
