Good support and great plugins !

The demo version did not work properly on my site when external affiliate products were added to the Wishlist. Forum support just messed me around and the thread was closed so that I could not ask any further questions to try and fix the problem. Very disappointing experience.

Great plugin but the best feature is the support provided.

I am really happy with the plugin, but I have stumbled across one function that I could really use:The ability to pass the name of the wishlist across to the customer order. We have customers that purchase items as donations / gifts. It would be great to know which customer purchased which item. So if the customer purchased “Gift 1” from “Susan’s Wishlist” and they added this to their own order, I would ship the Gift to Susan and the rest of the order to the customer. But now I have no way of knowing which wishlist the gift came from. So instead it looks like the customer purchased everything in the order for themselves.Other than that, this is a very well thought-out, integrated, clean and professional looking plugin. This plugin simply does the job, time and time again. Great work, guys!

This is a great plugin. It does what it claims it does. We have premium. Support is also excellent. Very responsive.

Whilst the Wishlist plugin does work and generate a Wishlist it has a major flaw: Constant spam with “add-to-wishlist” is being targeted and wasting / overloading server resources. If you are unlucky enough to be using the free version you have no way of forcing people to register before they can generate a Wishlist. This means you are wide open to bots that love to target this plugin. In the last week we have been bombarded with 6,000 requests to “add-to-wishlist”……. Of course if you feel inclined to pay for the Premium version there is the option of forcing registration before creating a wishlist. This plugin is included in the template we are using so not easy to remove and use a different one, though this is what we currently working on. Either that or will just have to be expedient and “upgrade” to Premium version with more features that am never going to use.

Company simply does not respond to support requests. Issues with this plugin:1. wishlist heart icon is not showing2. can’t remove product from wishlist on product detail page, must be done via wishlist page3. loading is slow, showing the loading indicator With this type of customer experience there’s no reason to upgrade to a paid version either.
