User sentiment analysis

Users appreciate this plugin for its core functionality, which helps them quickly identify compatibility issues between their installed plugins and the current version of WordPress. This saves them time and effort and offers an initial way to spot potential problems. Users have noted that it's particularly useful for managing numerous plugins on multisite installations. However, the plugin has significant drawbacks. It often displays outdated or inaccurate compatibility information since it relies on plugin developers to update their version data, which they frequently do not. As a result, users sometimes find the information unreliable and must manually verify compatibility from the WordPress repository. This inconsistency undermines trust in the plugin and limits its utility.

I installed it an immediately saw plug-ins that were not being supported by their authors by the listed versions under the plug-in names. It immediately helped me to know which plug-ins might be causing me issues now and which are likely to cause me issues in the near future – because they’re no longer being updated by their authors to the newer versions of WordPress.

Does what is says, displays the WordPress version compatibility for each plugin on your site. It’s easy to view the version info. However, there are some instances when and older WordPress version is displayed, even though the plugin is compatible with the most current version of WordPress. When you notice a plugin has an older WordPress version displayed, select the “View Details” option for each plugin to confirm the info with the repository. Not accurate in a lot of cases, checks readme files, not WordPress Depository… What’s the point if the info cannot be trusted to be accurate…

Needs to have less bugs in Query Monitor plugin for me to be able to let it up all day, but it’s a must have plugin. No problem in letting it ON. This topic was modified 7 years, 4 months ago by faietdohrnii.
