We are very happy to use this plug-in tool on our website, we created a customer survey page with the very simple to use interface, and we have some technical difficult on how to capture the form data to feed to our in house developed API and save to DB; The supporting team are very knowledgeable and provide great details with code samples on how to extract the data as the way we wanted it. Yes – I’ve tried a gazillion different plugins, I have few PRO licenses too…HappyForms stands out above all because it is lightweight.Besides, it is very functional and reliable.I really like the fact that it is one of the few plugins that does not add its UI, as most plugins do in the admin panel, but natively integrates with WordPress.

I bought this plug-in when I wanted a lightweight and speedy forms plugin with alot of customizations. Everything worked fine, but I had some problems styling my form. I sent an e-mail to the support and got support almost instantly and got everything sorted out. Thumbs up!
