What are AI credits and how many do I need?
AI credits are what the AI uses when it builds or changes something: generating a site, adding a page, rewriting a section, building a feature. AI Starter includes 100 credits a month, Premium 200, Ultimate 300. Unused credits expire.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes managed 10Web cloud hosting, a free SSL certificate, daily backups, automatic WordPress updates, a security check before each publish, a CDN, AI credits for building and editing, and the full WordPress admin. What happens when my trial ends?
When the 3-day trial ends, your site, store or app is deleted unless you pick a paid plan. Choosing a plan before the trial ends keeps everything you built, puts it live on your own domain and lets you keep editing. You get a reminder before the trial ends, and plans start at $10 a month on a yearly subscription.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade any time from your dashboard; the change applies right away and billing adjusts. Cancel any time with no fee. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, which applies until you claim the free domain, since the domain registration cannot be refunded.
