By using 10Web’s services, you agree to comply with this Policy, which forms an integral part of the 10Web Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, hosting, or transmitting any content that:

• a. Sexually Explicit or Adult Content
  • Depicts pornography, nudity for sexual purposes, sexually explicit content, or obscene material.
  • Involves or promotes sexually exploitative content involving minors (Child Sexual Abuse Material).
  • Promotes or facilitates escort services, sexually oriented dating services, adult webcam services, or sexually explicit entertainment venues.
  • Includes fetish products or services deemed offensive or of a sexual nature.
  • Violates laws related to human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.
• b. Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances
  • Promotes, sells, encourages, or facilitates the use, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any related paraphernalia.
  • Provides guidance or instructions on producing or growing illegal substances.
  • Engages in the trade or distribution of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping liquids, or other nicotine-related substances.
• c. Objectionable and Harmful Material
  • Contains hate speech, incitement of violence, threats, harassment, or content promoting discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Encourages, promotes, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
  • Facilitates phishing, fraud, scams, or other deceptive and misleading practices.
  • Disseminates malware, viruses, spyware, or other malicious software.
  • Promotes or facilitates terrorist activities or content.
• d. Illegal Activities and Violations of Law
  • Violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringes upon or violates intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of others.
  • Engages in or promotes illegal gambling or unlicensed financial services.
  • Fails to comply with export control or trade restrictions.
  • Supports or facilitates money laundering, human trafficking, or illegal arms trafficking.
• e. Prohibited Financial and Technological Activities
  • Engages in or promotes high-risk financial services, including but not limited to binary options, credit repair, debt collection, or unlicensed financial advisory services.
  • Involves cryptocurrency exchanges, mining equipment, or high-risk securities trading without proper authorization.
  • Utilizes or distributes decryption and descrambler products and services, or devices designed to block, jam, or interfere with cellular and personal communications.
  • Uses AI tools or automation to create misleading or harmful content, including deepfakes, voice cloning for malicious purposes, or AI-generated scams.
• f. AI and Machine Learning Abuse
  • Uses AI to generate content that infringes on intellectual property, privacy rights, or violates copyright laws.
  • Automates activities that artificially manipulate website rankings, traffic, or SEO in a deceptive manner.
  • Employs AI models to create misleading financial advice or unauthorized medical guidance.
  • Uses generative AI tools to produce defamatory, harassing, or harmful content.
• g. Network Abuse and Platform Misuse
  • Engages in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, network scanning, or penetration testing without authorization.
  • Spams or floods 10Web’s infrastructure, including excessive API requests, brute-force attacks, or any actions that degrade service performance.
  • Uses the platform for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities without explicit authorization.

• Violates the privacy of others, including the collection or distribution of personally identifiable information (PII) without consent.
• Compromises the security of other users’ data, including through scraping, automated data extraction, or unauthorized API use.
• Fails to comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy laws.

10Web reserves the right to:

• Immediately remove or disable access to any content in violation of this Policy.
• Suspend or terminate user accounts violating this Policy.
• Report any suspected illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate with such authorities in investigations.
• Take any other action deemed necessary to enforce this Policy and protect the integrity of the platform.
