Website structure panel: manage pages, menus, posts and products

The Visual Editor now has a website structure panel: a side panel that shows the whole site at a glance, with the navigation menu, unlinked pages, posts, products and categories in one place.

How to use it

  1. Open the structure panel from the structure icon, or from “Manage pages” in the address bar.
  2. Build the menu without leaving the editor: add existing pages, add a custom link, drag items to reorder or nest them, and set any page as the Home page.
  3. Open a page’s settings to rename it, edit its slug, SEO title and description, and set its parent, then Save, Duplicate or Move to trash, all without opening WP admin.
  4. Use the search box to find any page, post, product or menu item in the site.

Good to know

  • The same settings panel covers blog posts, WooCommerce products and categories, reached from their own drawers in the structure panel.
  • Deleted pages land in a trash you can review, restore from, delete permanently, or empty, so a wrong delete is no longer final.
  • Available on cloud sites. Self hosted sites keep the previous address bar behavior.
  • The structure panel is part of the Visual Editor in the AI Website Builder. See plans on the 10Web platform.

This matters most to builders who manage pages, menus, posts and products, and can now do all of it from the Visual Editor instead of WP admin.
