- 1. Why do I need 10WEB?
10Web is designed for individuals and businesses that own WordPress websites. We enable you to design and develop your website with no technical skills required. You can subscribe to 10Web Premium bundle to get access to all our premium dashboard, services, plugins and themes, get new released products, updates and premium support for any issue you might have. Or you can choose to use the free account that comes with a unified dashboard and services with certain limitations.
- 2. Can I try before I buy?
Currently, we don’t have a trial, but you can get started with the Starter plan for free, get used to our services and use the free products before upgrading to a premium plan.
- 3. When will I be billed?
If you’re using our Premium Bundle Plan, we automatically bill you at the beginning of each subscription period depending on the plan you’ve chosen during sign-up.
- 4. Can I buy a single plugin or theme?
Yes.We’re aiming to provide a complete set of solutions that our members need for their WordPress websites, but we understand that you might need just one product. If you’re interested in just one plugin or theme, please navigate to the page of that plugin/theme and you’ll be able to purchase just that product. Please note that when purchasing a single product you also get access to our dashboard and services like backup, performance, image optimizer and others at no cost.

- 6. What happens when I cancel my acoount?
You are free to cancel your membership at any time. Your subscription will be valid until the last day of your billing period, so you can use our services until that time. After that, you will no longer be able to use 10Web services and your access to the dashboard will be blocked. All our plugins and themes are GPL so you can continue using premium plugins and themes even after cancellation.
